The ASD Healthcare Services website is a great place to get any forms or consents from the comfort of home.
West has an on-site health clinic that is available by appointment one day per week.
The West High clinic is in Room 54 and open on Thursdays, plus other days as needed.
Urgent care services are coordinated with Nurse Regina
Students may use the clinic for sports physicals
Parent Permission is required for all services
Insurance can be billed for service.
